Our sleep stones consist of volcanic rock (coloured purple) infused with a secret blend of essential oils including lavender to help you relax and drift off to a natural sleep.
Simply open the lid 30 mins before bed time and let the wonderful aroma fill your room. Pop the lid back on when you retire for the night.
When the stones have naturally dried out top up without tip up oil (sold separately)
